The forum, held at the Wyndham Westshore in Tampa, was led by Ms. Cindy Brown, CEO of Pratt, Brown & Associates, LLC, Sixty-five (65) industry leaders and educators met to discuss current and emerging workforce needs for the Tampa Bay area. Topics covered during the forum included occupational shortages, human resource challenges, issues education providers face, and training practices that should be changed.
