Topic: Panel Discussion - Organizational Project Management
If a vision without a plan is hallucination then so is an organizations ability to achieve its strategic goals without a good Organizational Project Management foundation. Come to the next TBTLA meeting to learn more about OPM. What are the components of OPM? Do efforts directed to improvement in OPM allow organizations to be more successful? What are the benefits of improved OPM? What are the steps towards improvement of OPM? Meet a panel with experience in what improved OPM has meant to their organizations. Come to ask them specific questions about their OPM experiences.
TBTLA will host a panel discussion focused on Organizational Project Management. Panelists include John Sage, PMP, PMI OPM3 Consultant with Sage PM, Inc., Gary Cobb, Director of Information Technology and PMP with Get Motivated Seminars, Inc., David Mack, a Project Management Consultant and PMP from Baseline Project Management, Inc. and Tina Dallas, IT Project Manager at AEGON USA, Inc.
